Japanese Society for Pharmacoepidemiology
The Japanese Society for Pharmacoepidemiology (JSPE) is an academic organization headquartered in Tokyo with the number of its permanent membership exceeding 500, and dedicated to the advancement of pharmacoepidemiology. Since it was founded at the society’s inaugural academic general meeting in December 1995, JSPE plays a crucial role in promoting high-quality research on the safety and efficacy of pharmaceuticals. It is committed to enhancing the risk management of medications, including minimizing risks, and fosters international collaborations and exchanges with stakeholders across the globe.
Through its activities, JSPE aims to contribute significantly to the development of pharmacoepidemiology, ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals in healthcare.
